About Me
My name is Femilia, a native of Harlem, raised by hardworking immigrant parents who instilled in me the values of perseverance and resilience. I have a background in Communications, Media & Law & a love for cultivating new relationships & experiences.
Despite not having the financial opportunity to travel during my childhood. I’ve always had the urge to experience new adventures & exploration.
In 2020, during COVID 19’s devastating reign, I received the unfortunate news that my mother was diagnosed with bouts of dementia. I became her caretaker & was faced with a number of challenges and responsibilities, while pursuing a degree, & working a full time career.
This challenged my mental health beyond measure. Yet, became the catalyst for a transformative journey.
I booked my first solo trip to Carolina, Puerto Rico in September 2021, amidst the chaos of the pandemic.
It was here that I found myself, solace and renewal. I’ve been to countless countries, cities & have been globetrotting ever since. Read more below about how Royal League Travel was born.

How did Royal League Travel come into fruition?
In December of 2021,
I booked my second solo trip to New Orleans. Having creole roots myself I was fascinated with Louisiana’s unique culture & history.
During my trip I booked a bar crawl tour for a night out on the town on well renowned, Bourbon Street. And it was then inspired by a chance encounter with a tour guide named Matt in New Orleans, who shared his journey and ignited the spark within me.
Matt encouraged me & guided me to create my own tours in my city, with Frank Sinatra’s infamous line, “If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere”.
I then embarked on a new chapter in my life.
With a sprinkle of determination, a dash of creativity, and a pinch of courage, Royal League Travel emerged as a testament to my love for adventure and exploration.
